Shipping

Standard international shipping takes about 7-21 business days. You can choose expedited shipping at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Domestic Orders

We process and ship your order from San Diego, California within 2 business days after you purchase.  USPS standard shipping takes about 2-5 business days for deliveries within the U.S. Please note that UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot deliver to PO boxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and no refunds or adjustments can be made on shipping fees.

International Orders

For international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address. If you do not provide this information, it may cause delays or non-delivery of your order. If your billing and shipping addresses are not in English, it might lead to delays or cancellation of your order.  We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If you refuse a package for any reason, you must contact us to try to get it re-delivered. We do not refund for refused orders.  

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and are not guaranteed. Orders shipping outside the U.S. might experience courier or customs delays.

Returns

Nylie Designs offers FREE returns for store credit (not including shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases, except for “sale” items which are final sale. You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Use our pre-paid return shipping label for all return packages. Your original shipping charges will be deducted from any store credit issued. We cannot offer refunds at this time; all returns will be processed as store credit.

Return Requirements

Items must be in their original packaging as well as:

- unworn
- unaltered
- undamaged
Return items must have insurance and be mailed back within 30 days of delivery.

International Returns

Nylie Designs offers international returns for store credit. However, return shipping is not covered for international orders. You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order, and original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit issued. We cannot offer refunds at this time; all returns will be processed as store credit.  
Currently, we cannot provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

For domestic orders, there is a warranty within 30 days if items are damaged. After 30 days, a small repair fee will apply. Sale items do not qualify for warranty. To request a warranty repair or get more information, please email info@nyliedesigns.store with your order number and photos of the item.  

If the item is sold out, we cannot assist you. No exchanges for a different item or store credit will be allowed if the item has been worn or cannot be repaired or resold.
