Limited supply and custom jewelry orders.

Each piece of jewelry I design is done by hand. Therefore, there are limited number of pieces that are available. If you see a style that you like but you prefer using other gem stones, please email us at info@nyliedesigns.store. You will receive a reply if it is possible to design along with an estimated price.

What materials is your jewelry made from?

We prioritize quality in our products. Our jewelry are crafted from a variety of materials, including sterling silver, gold filled , leather, and high-quality synthetic options. Each material is chosen for its durability and aesthetic appeal.

How can I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, it is recommended to not expose jewelry to any water by wearing jewelry while bathing or swimming it is also store them in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to moisture. Cleaning with a soft cloth can help preserve their shine and appearance.

Please avoid any cleaners that contain acid, alcohol, vinegar or ammonia as they can damage your jewelry. If your jewelry is silver, you can always use a silver polishing cloth to clean and remove tarnish.

Gold Filled / Gold/Rose Gold Vermeil / Gold/Rose Gold/Rhodium Plated: We encourage you to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and swimming. Gold Filled, Vermeil, and Plated jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Please avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths as they can affect the finishing.

Earrings: We encourage you to wear the small earring back covers provided with your earrings if they are not lever back earrings. If you need additional earring back covers, please contact us at info@nyliedesigns.store. 

Do you offer gift options or packaging?

Yes, we provide gift packaging options for our jewelry. This allows you to present your purchase in an elegant manner, making it suitable for gifting occasions.

What is your return policy?

We have a customer-friendly return policy that allows for returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please refer to our website for detailed information regarding eligibility and procedures for returns.

    I never got an order confirmation email and/or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

    An order confirmation and shipping confirmation are always sent to the email address or phone number that was used at checkout. They often times end up in the spam folder, so please check there if you have not done so already. We frequently get asked this question by customers who entered a mobile number at checkout, instead of an email address. In this case, please check your texts, as an order and shipping confirmation text will always be sent.

    Repairs

    If you need to make an adjustment to the length of your necklace or bracelet, please also email us at info@nyliedesigns.store. We will provide you with an estimated price and instructions for mailing your piece of jewelry to us.  If repairs have been done by a third-party, we cannot repair the damaged jewelry.

    What if I received the wrong item?

    Lost or Stolen Packages 

    If a package is lost or damaged in transit and is insured by a shipping courier, please file a claim within 10 days of the last shipping update. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the shipping courier. After 10 days, any request for a lost or stolen package will be denied.
    If your package is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was not purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping courier service that they used. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured by a shipping courier.
